Beginner investors often struggle with low confidence, limited understanding of risk, and unclear trade timing. Existing platforms either overwhelm users with complex data or oversimplify critical signals, leaving users unsure how to act.

Upmarket supports options, intraday, and short-term trading by making complex decisions actionable and legible.

My Role & Contributions

  • Designed end-to-end mobile flows across discovery, analysis, and trade execution

  • Owned high-fidelity UI and interaction design for data-heavy trading screens

Project Overview

Redesigning a holistic, data-driven coaching experience

As the product matured, the existing app required a visual and structural redesign to improve clarity and scalability. At the same time, stakeholders wanted to expand the platform into a more holistic coaching tool, moving beyond basic tracking.

Key challenges included:

  • Fragmented performance data across modules

  • Limited personalization for players and coaches

  • Metrics that were hard to translate into actionable training decisions

This project combined a redesign of core player stats with 0→1 feature expansion across training and coaching workflows.

  • Redesigned player stats and performance metrics

  • Expanded the app with new modules for training, drills, and readiness

  • Led stakeholder conversations to align product decisions with coaching needs

  • Designed scalable UI components and patterns across the app

  • Created data visualizations to make performance insights actionable
